Second time in, I was not impressed. The individual was more interested in talking rather than focusing on my haircut. I asked for finger-length on top, to which the end result was 2.5x what it should have been! I even ran my fingers through my hair when she asked if it was good, I responded, "Finger-length?" She said: "Yep" as it was very obvious it was nowhere near what was asked. Will NOT be going there again

Great customer service, always ask me if my cut is ok. Iam very pleased with my hair cut from here, I don't wait to the last minute to get my appointment. I like that I can choose my stylist. I go with Sydney and her customer service is excellent.

Walked in without an appointment got immediately helped. Hope was my stylist and gave me a fantastic cut and trim. Got many compliments and felt much more confident in the week after. 10/10 will return again.
