I have come here several times in the past, but I'm not sure I will return. I went in the other day for a haircut, and the stylist had her mask down under her nose to start off. As she was cutting my hair, she was very clearly sick with her sniffling and hoarse voice. About half way through the haircut, she then wiped her nose with her hand and immediately touched my hair again without washing her hands. Did this several more times throughout the haircut. I had her get my hair even enough, and then went somewhere else to have the clean it up. Wish I would have just left at the start so I didn't have to deal with this.

Will never return here. Very unprofessional. Not sure if it’s new management but non of the workers there ever seem to know what is going on or act like they want to be there.

Typed in my number. Stylist must've checked in the wrong person as my name went from 4th in line to just gone. Then one of the stylists has the nerve to go on a smoke break with a 4 person wait list, 1 hour to close, with only 2 stylists on. Forget that, I work service industry and I can hold off my own cravings till I'm done and the dinner rush is over. Oh and she's been done with the smoke break. Now she's texting in front of the store front.

I got a great haircut at your location from Jesnia (sp?) in the past. I had a luncheon date and decided to use the online appointment feature to get a haircut from her before lunch even though this location is way out of my way. My name was on the appointment screen when I walked into the store and saw that I was next in 2 minutes with Jesnia. She had someone in the back, probably a shampoo, and about 5 minutes later she came out with this gentlemen and proceeded to take a walk in without an appointment. I did not know why she called this person back, but I though maybe she had something she wanted to tell or show him so I did not object, until I realized she wad giving him a haircut and my name was moved to 16 minutes. I simply told one of the stylist to take my name off the list as I had another appointment. After lunch I went to the Middleton location and signed in. Someone who signed in 5 to 10 minutes later was called on before I was so this is my experience with the new fancy sign in process at sportclips. It seems like the system would be great if the employees would use it that way it is intended. I had a lousy experience this time, but I give it a 3 star because in the past I have had a couple of great haircuts there and others were very average and was never called on out of turn.
