I've been going to sports clips for years and driving 30 miles to do so. For the most part They're haircuts have been great Which surprises me because I've never had the same stylist twice. However yesterday I basically got a crue cut. Sports clips has my cut instructions on my profile. We also discussed the clipper comb number. Despite that I ended up with my cut being twice as short as it should be. It will take two months for my hair to grow back. I wish she would have thought more about what the instructions were.

One star is too much- but it made me choose. Been going to this same salon for years- Absolutely horrific experience for my teen. The girl completely ruined my sons hair. All without an apology, and charged full price! He is now bald on one side, with long hair on the other and we both left in tears. Please- take your kids elsewhere! Save yourself!!! He is now mortified to go in public because of what this lady did to his hair. Absolutely awful experience all the way around.

I have come here several times in the past, but I'm not sure I will return. I went in the other day for a haircut, and the stylist had her mask down under her nose to start off. As she was cutting my hair, she was very clearly sick with her sniffling and hoarse voice. About half way through the haircut, she then wiped her nose with her hand and immediately touched my hair again without washing her hands. Did this several more times throughout the haircut. I had her get my hair even enough, and then went somewhere else to have the clean it up. Wish I would have just left at the start so I didn't have to deal with this.
